We had initially selected another florist, but they did not have a website. So I found Paul's Florist online and looked at their website. They offered a good selection and we didn't even think of having a floral arrangement for an urn; but Paul's Florist also showed that type of arrangement. We decided to order it based on the picture from the website and via online. When the arrangement arrived for our mom's memorial service (at Woodlawn Memorial Chapel), we were so very happy! It looked even better than the picture and it was the perfect arrangement for mom & her urn! She would've loved it too. The colors and the arrangement were beautiful! Thank you for creating a beautiful arrangement for our mother and for providing exactly what we had expected! It was a beautiful beginning in honoring our mother. We will continue to refer and use Paul's Florist! Thank you so much!

Wr ordered a spray online for my Father-In-Law’s funeral. The funeral home had strict delivery window. The flowers arrived on time, and the arrangement was beautiful and just as pictured online. We will definitely use Paul’s Flowers in the future.

I ordered a $225 spray for a friend's funeral. The funeral started at 10:00. At 9:30 I called Paul's Flowers to see what was wrong as the flowers were not at the church. I was told by the man who answered the phone that he would contact the driver and find out and hung up. I never saw the flowers. I understand the flowers did get delivered, obviously not on time. A friend saw them stuck in a corner in the front of the church. The mortuary service didn't notice them them to bring to the gravesite. I felt very bad that these flowers were not seen. I've used Paul's in past, but this time they couldn't get the job done. It's like ordering a pizza at 7PM and they throw it on your porch at 3 in the morning, then say, "We delivered your pizza, how did you like it?"
